Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Analyst Journeyman to work in our Orlando, Florida office.

• Supporting development and execution of enterprise product support strategies; sustainment and transition planning.

• The role supports analysis and documentation of supportability requirements, sustainment metrics, and lifecycle considerations for enterprise systems, applications, and integrated capabilities.

• Additionalduties include supporting configuration and asset tracking (where applicable); coordinatinglogisticsand sustainment inputs to acquisition and integration documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWSs, CDRLs); supporting deployment, transition, and operational support activities; and tracking sustainment performance and service-level metrics.

• The Product Support Journeymanassistswith data gathering, analysis, and reporting to assess readiness, efficiency, and effectiveness of enterprise support processes.

• The role works closely with program managers, systems engineers, test teams, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to ensure capabilities are supportable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise operational needs throughout their lifecycle.

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3 years of experience supporting logistics, product support, sustainment, or lifecycle management within a DoD, Federal, or large enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience with:

• Product support and sustainment planning

• Lifecyclelogisticsor enterprise service support

• Development or support of sustainment metrics and reporting

• Coordination across technical, operational, andprogramteams

• Documentation and process improvement support
